Thanks Alan for posting. Sometimes it is a "tug-of-war"! On the one hand, Biblically we are told to obey unless it is counter to the Bible Blessed are the 'peacekeepers'. Traditionally, in a democracy, we 'challenge and fight back' via voting showing either our acceptance or rejection - protest response. So peaceful route does not equate with 'not protesting or standing up for' in my own opinion. Jesus himself didn't say fight or protest, rather give to Ceasar what is Ceasar's.

Interesting question to say the least 🙏

Good point Lorraine. Voting is an opportunity for us to show our acceptance or displeasure with the powers to be. Thanks for sharing.

Truth, I guess that why He send us out two by two and while we play it safe it is to be admitted that in our own comfort we have unternal protest not knowing that Truth and Justice is the reason for Christ being the Son of God and Son of Man touched with our infirmities even disguising Himself as His our was not yet. So we should offer prayers to the Prince of Peace during conflicts as He didn't play ot safe. My prayers for your safe journey like Paul even as for as you spread the gospel.
