You know, during Covid, there wasn't as much to do. I do know it was a terrible time for a lot of people. However, I remember thinking, how do I keep this peace when life goes back to 'normal?' Calmness. Not doing as much.
Also, go to the beach all seasons. In the winter, the water definitely has that calmness you speak of. There are so many ways to find stillness. We just need to do something completely different than we usually would. We'll find it.
