In our modern world. Someone may say “I need to be selfish and focus on myself.” True meaning often comes from silence. Not speaking after an argument, staying quiet if you're in a bad mood or if anxiety rears it's ugly head, being focused and imagining better outcomes. I like this road you're embarking.
