When I was young, I spent a lot of time dreaming of what I was and who I was to be. Knowing I was God's, but thinking about what I was before this life, and, what plan he had for me in this one. It led to some wonderfully powerful written poetry. Alas, I have learned to live in the moment.
The other part of me probably drives others nuts haha. I forget things, I make mistakes, I get annoyed, mostly because I don't stress myself out. I don't walk around worrying about every little thing. I refuse to make everything a problem. All this is because, I know, no matter who I'm driving nuts or making mad...I belong to God. And his opinion is the only one that matters.
Hey Marjorie, Thanks for sharing. I love the practice of living in the moment. Not the past, not the future, but right here in the moment is the way to experience peace and joy.
Thank you for your work!
Thanks for your support.
True Pastor Alan, God’s love is fiercely present.
Yes indeed God is fiercely present!
